La Tavola Marche is located at Agriturismo Ca’Camone, Sant'Angelo in Vado, offering a pleasant farm holiday on 250+ acres of picturesque rolling hills and farmland in a truffle-rich valley. Stay in one of our spacious apartments surrounded by fruit and nut trees in the garden and wild edibles scattered throughout the property. The rooms are named for the fruit trees surrounding the house, and all rooms have beautiful views. The great room with a large fireplace, for the use of all of our guests, is ideal for families and small groups. Exposed stone, wood beam ceilings, cosy fireplaces, and rustic tile floors tell you that you can only be in one place—Bella Italia!

Guests can explore the sprawling hiking trails or relax by the pool and be in a hurry to go nowhere. The famed black truffle is found on the property and if you are lucky enough to visit in the fall, you can taste its unique flavor. The surrounding wooded areas are perfect for those who enjoy excursions into the forest to gather wild berries, delicious wild mushrooms, or even participate in the search for fragrant truffles under old oak trees with the guidance of an expert truffle hunter. La Tavola Marche offers a vacation spent in close contact with nature and the tradition of times gone by.

Farm to Table ~ Agriturismo Ca'Camone

The secluded 250-acre property consists of a large stone farmhouse and cassette (small side house), an outdoor kitchen with a wood-fired oven and grill, and a tranquil mineral pool. The property is beautifully restored with wood-beam ceilings, tile floors, numerous fireplaces, and a large open kitchen and dining room completing the rustic ambiance. You can join fellow guests for dinner, watch Chef Jason work, or cook for yourself in your apartment kitchen. Four-course feasts are served in our rustic kitchen in the winter and poolside in the summer.

What better place to relax, nestled between the Apennine mountains and the Adriatic coast. The area is noted for its hilltop towns and villages, green pastures, dense forests, rare flora, castles and medieval fortifications, and time-honored culinary traditions. Here are just a few: formaggio di fossa (cheese matured in underground pits), Visner (a black cherry liquer), chestnuts, pane di Chiaserna (a local bread loved throughout Italy), Prosciutto di Carpegna, and black truffles. It is one of the most beautiful and yet undiscovered parts of northern Marche.
