Meet in the kitchen of our 300 year-old stone farmhouse, tie on your
handmade apron (our gift to you) and head into the garden to collect

Start with a pork shoulder and knife in hand, finish with a lunch of grilled sausages and a fork!Spend the day elbow deep in meat, learn the local recipe for fresh sausages using only pork shoulder, white wine, salt & pepper. Grind, fill and twist almost 10 kilos of sausages. Includes meal, wine, apron and extra sausages to take with you!
Whole Hog Butchery Course= 200 Euro/person
Visit an organic pig farm (cinta senese breed) outside of Urbino for a memorable day butchering a whole hog and lesson in charcuterie. Start with a tour of the farm, enjoy a mid-morning snack and then dive right in! With the guidance of master butcher Carlo and Jason, they will walk your through step-step of deconstructing a pig, each cut with it's own recipe. Visit Carlo's curing rooms and learn to make sausages, rolled pancetta and other charcuterie. After the work is done we dine on a true farmers lunch! Starts at 10am finishes around 4pm. Includes bi-lingual course, tour, snack, lunch, wine.
Gelato & Sorbet Pairing = 125 Euro/person
with guest Instructor & Master Gelato Maker, Antonio from the award-winning Artisan Gelateria Maki in Fano we spend the afternoon creating 6 diverse gelato and sorbet flavors. Pairing beer sorbet with peanuts, making tomatoes & basil gelato as well as the classic dark chocolate or vanilla bean! It is a lesson on science as much as it is on pairing the flavors of the kitchen. (includes meal, wine and apron).

The food we serve is created from local ingredients, inspired by local traditions
Our meat comes from a farmer up the road with pigs and cows. Wild game, funghi and truffles from the woods behind our house! The fruits and vegetables are from our garden or from local farmers and the frutta vedure in town.
Walk along our road or into our backyard and you will find wild edibles like greens, dandelions, asparagus, berries, nuts, peaches, apricots, apples, pears, plums, fennel, numerous species of funghi and truffles all grown wild here! It's incredible!
Learn to cook with the seasons, make pizza and pasta or stuff sausages and cook in a forno legna (outdoor wood burning oven).
