3 Night Taste of Le Marche
AUGUST 28-31, 2025 Feel like a local in 3 nights with a taste of Le Marche! Arrive to our legendary family-style pizza night, the next day join the Chef & 'feel like a local' and spend the morning with Jason and Ashley eating our way through Apecchio! The first stop is for a lesson on how cheese is aged and meat cured locally, followed by breakfast of charcuterie and wine. We will take a short walk and continue our gazing with a stop for porchetta (whole de-boned pig) at the traveling market. Finishing with an unforgettable lunch at “the hunter’s hideaway” including a behind the scenes tour of their kitchen with the butcher! That evening either explore the area or relax at the farmhouse with aperitivi and a festive round Italian Quiz Nite! The next afternoon, enjoy a hands on, farm to table, half day cooking class (the Dinner Party Class - all made from scratch) including wine, dinner & our custom hand-made apron! Day 1: Arrival - Pizza Night Day 2: Breakfast, 10am Market Tour, Tasting & Lunch Evening Aperitivi & Quiz Nite or explore local festivals Day 3: Breakfast, Day to Explore 4pm Four Course Dinner Party Class followed by dinner Day 4: Breakfast & Departure (If you join us for June13-16 or July 4-7, you will arrive to a welcome dinner and the cooking class on Saturday will be PIZZA in the Wood Oven!)
