2 Night Intensive Workshop

We understand, sometimes you can't stay long & just want to come and cook. A prosecco arrival followed by our farm to table welcome dinner, the next day join the Chef and spend the day in the kitchen, focusing on techniques & understanding the why behind the dish, it's more than just simply sharing a recipe. The full day cooking class includes lunch & dinner, superior & house wine and our custom hand-made apron!
The class menu will be has yet to be decided, but as usual will be local recipes with seasonal ingredients from our garden, based on students level & interests. This is a great workshop for returning guests.
