Feel like a Local Market Tour/Tasting & Lunch - Market trip & tour of artisan meat and cheese warehouse with a lesson by Chef Jason on the recipes & methods used locally, porchetta tasting and traveling market walk, finishing with a big proper Italian lunch with wine at “the hunter’s hideaway!” We will caravan from stop to stop.
