Exciting details to come on our 2020 Advanced Class: The Sunday Lunch - for returning guests only and limited to six!
We will take the fundamentals you learned (remember F.A.S.S.A.!) and build on technique, precision, timing & menu planning, culminating with a big Sunday lunch for a group of hungry Italians!
We will spend the days leading up to Sunday prepping for the big feast. Making fresh pasta for Cappelletti in Brodo, Sausages from Scratch, Pork Belly, Confit, working with Octopus, local bread, the perfect fritatta ...
The menu may change, but you get the point - this is not the usual cooking class! We will not only work as a team to prepare the five course Sunday lunch.
Includes: 5 nights accommodations, 3 day cooking workshop, 3 lunches, 4 dinners with wine, custom hand-made apron and breakfast daily.
Total = 3500 Euro/couple or 2800 Euro/single
