With each season the menu will change based on what's coming out of our garden. For returning guests we always do our best to not repeat a recipe. Remember the recipes may seem simple at times but we go deep into the 'why', theory & technique behind each dish!

Celebrating the culinary traditions of Le Marche with a gourmet getaway of five nights with three diverse hands-on cooking classes teaching traditional seasonal recipes of the area. As the seasons change, so does the menu! The classes are more than just sharing seasonal recipes but understanding how to balance flavors, the why behind the technique and of course, knife skills. For those of you curious what will be on the menu , it all depends on what's coming out of the garden! Spring - artichokes, fava, peas... Summer - tomatoes, zucchini, squash blossoms... Autumn - mushrooms, pumpkin, peppers Enjoy an expert guided wine tour and cheese tasting, followed a memorable by lunch with the cheese maker! Return to the farmhouse for our famous pizza night! Then 'feel like a local' and spend the day with Jason and Ashley eating our way through town! The first stop is for a lesson on how cheese is aged and meat cured locally, followed by breakfast of charcuterie and wine. We will take a short walk and continue our gazing with a stop for porchetta (whole de-boned pig) at the traveling market. Then a visit to the Collesi brewery for award-winning craft beer and grappa tasting, Finishing with an unforgettable lunch at “the hunter’s hideaway!” Request to add on the sausages from scratch class on Day 4!
