Homegrown
We are proud to be as self sustainable as possible on our farm. From hundreds of onions and tomato plants to peppers, pumpkins, salads and beans - our chickens roam free, our water from a natural spring - life is good. We forage for Spring greens, truffles & mushrooms, jar & preserve, make our own sausages and cured meats, even homemade liquors! What we don't produce ourselves we source locally, often from along our road.
