We are proud to be as self sustainable as possible on our farm. From hundreds of onions and tomato plants to peppers, pumpkins, salads and beans - our chickens roam free, our water from a natural spring - life is good. Our pigs are plump and next up is a milk cow...!!
We forage for Spring greens, truffles & mushrooms, jar & preserve, make our own sausages and cured meats, even homemade liquors! What we don't produce ourselves we source locally, often from along our road. If you are seeking authentic Italian countryside, you have found it!
