The Rough Itinerary
The first half of the workshop is a road map to moving to Italy & Starting a B&B/Agriturismo - the second half is the bootcamp when the work begins! This is real, hands-on experience with guests arriving for our "Family Package Week" -filling the farmhouse with families for around the globe! The workshop/bootcamp participants will each have an opportunity to learn hands on the daily operations of the "Heart of the House" and the "Front of the House":
Shadow Jason: Heart of the House - from tending the veg garden & pool maintenance & odd fix-it jobs to shopping at the market, preparing dinner & teaching cooking classes!
Shadow Ashley: Front of the House - from early morning breakfast set up, chicken wrangling, gardening and guest relations, marketing & emails, lingering late into the night, waiting to blow out the last candles.
Each day will be a bit different/unpredictable once the guests arrive - so this is the rough itinerary, it's Italy and it's the REALITY of running a business!
Shadow Jason: Heart of the House - from tending the veg garden & pool maintenance & odd fix-it jobs to shopping at the market, preparing dinner & teaching cooking classes!

Return to the kitchen to prepare the evenings Welcome Dinner for the new guests arriving and any afternoon tasks. Serve Dinner and prepare breakfast for the next morning.
