A unique opportunity to visit our award winning cooking school in Italy and cook along with the Chef  without leaving your house!  At the moment travel to Italy may seem like a distant dream... That is why we are excited to announce our VIRTUAL Cooking Classes available to private groups/corporate events.  (We were pioneers of LIVE! online cooking classes in 2013 & 2014,  with hundreds of participants joining in from around the world!)

Our classes focus not only the recipes at hand but the technique and theories behind each dish.  (About the Chef) It’s more than just watching an episode of a cooking show on television because this is not only LIVE but interactive! Students/participants will have the chance to ask questions along the way since all the cooking is done together without the magic of TV.  Either join in the fun and cook along with us or sit back and watch with a glass of wine.

The classes are typically 1-hour to 90 minutes long and depending on the menu we are cooking, either filmed LIVE in our 500 year old farmhouse kitchen or outside on the patio with the stunning Italian countryside backdrop overlooking our garden.

A week before the class your group will receive a video message & written list of: Recipes, ingredients & equipment needed plus the all important pre-class prep list!

Choose from:
  • 1 - 1 hour class
  • Workshop Series: 2+ classes, each with a specific 'theme', building on the techniques learned in the preceding class.
  • Custom Packages

Here are a few ideas to whet your appetite...

Single Class/Menu Ideas:
  • Lentil Salad, Peperonata (Stewed Peppers) and Salsa Verde
  • Scalopini & Peperonata
  • Radish & Strawberries, Fave or Pea Crostini, Bone-In Braised Veal with Tomatoes & Potatoes
  • Lemons in the Oven, Stuffed Eggplant & Fritatta
  • Fish in Salt Crust with Farro or Lentil Salad
  • Chicken/Rabbit in the Style of the Hunter with Roasted Potatoes

Workshop Series Ideas:
  • Class 1: Pasta Dough, Class 2: Hand-cut or Filled Pasta with Seasonal Sauce, Class 3: Dessert
  • Class 1: Seasonal Salads & Small Dishes, Class 2: Stock & Knife Skills, Class 3: Spring Soup or Risotto with Rustic Tart/Crostata
  • Class 1: All Antipasti, Class 2: Braising
  • Class 1: Theory, Class 2: Technique, Class 3: Knife Skills

For Private Groups: Let's Zoom, it's easy!

For Corporate Groups:
We can coordinate with your IT department for a (hopefully) seamless integration, utilizing the platform (Zoom, Google Meet, etc) already used by your company.
